Sandfield Point, located at 4389 Highway 165, sits on the western edge of beautiful Yonges Island, a low-density natural preserve based in the historic town of Meggett. Two different bodies of water influence its landscape and provide over 4,000 feet of frontage, great wildlife sighting, pristine scenery and ample recreational opportunities. The northwest side of Sandfield Point faces Flounder Lake, one of the largest saltwater impoundments in Charleston County.
