Richland County Recreational Tract

Over 230 acres surrounded by other large and protected properties in the recreational neighborhood of Old Congaree. Located between Old Congaree Run Road and Lorenzo Davis Road, just 25 minutes from Downtown Columbia and a mile from the infamous Mr. Bunky’s Market.

The property is comprised of diverse merchantable and pre-merchantable timber stands as well as a good road system with multiple access points. 121 acres are in a 2003 est. loblolly pine stand that has been thinned once. 37 acres are est. 2019 loblolly pine. 70 acres were planted in 2024, which would be great areas to implement fields and food plots.

The tract is protected by a conservation easement held with Congaree Land Trust, allowing traditional recreational use with a homesite and no further subdivisions.
